We have a comprehensive range of foam conversion machinery and our own delivery vehicles which enable us to produce and deliver most common shapes and sizes reliably and to short timescales.

If you do not see your desired products listed please do not hesitate to get in touch, we are able to source almost all flexible PU foams on the market as well as a selection of closed cell PE foams for more specialist applications.
We supply foam products primarily to the soft furnishings and re-upholstery industry cut to any size and shape. We offer a comprehensive range of polyurethane (including viscoelastic) and latex (natural rubber) foam.
UPHOLSTERY SUPPLIES
We also offer general upholstery supplies including a full range of polyester wadding (Dacron), spray adhesives, stockinette and more. In addition we can supply fibre and feather fillings. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
CUSHIONS AND MATTRESSES
In addition to foam cut to size we can also supply fully fabricated foam cushions and mattresses complete with covers and certifications to any custom size and specification. We are able to work with clients to provide the perfect solution to their needs thanks to our broad range of foam types and experienced factory staff.

For more information on our foams including fire certification, please contact us. All of our furniture grades are fire retardant (combustion modified) compliant with Schedule 1 Part 1 Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.

Foams supplied are tested by the manufacturer to the following standards:
ISO 845 - Density
ISO 2439 B 40% - Indentation Hardness
Fibre and Feather
Along with foam supplies, we can also offer feather and fibre cushions.

This includes conventional seat cushions and backs as well as cushions containing a supportive foam inner with a jacket of feather or fibre known as Featherlux and Fibrelux respectively.
